Dermovex Spray 250 ml
All product information

Aerosol formulation aimed at the physiological maintenance of the skin and the conditioning of the coat in different animal species.

The combination of castor oil (emollient and lipophilic vehicle), sulfur (keratolytic activity and action against certain skin microorganisms) and rosehip oil (rich in essential fatty acids and nourishing factors for the epidermis) produces a formulation for localized application, easy to dose and compatible with hygiene and coat care programs.

The product is designed for application on clean, dry skin of dogs, rabbits, equines and livestock (cattle, sheep and pigs).

In many management protocols, its use is integrated with maintenance baths made with bath gels or shower gels specifically for animals; its use does not replace oral hygiene practices (toothbrushes, mouth rinses) or intimate hygiene products.

The presence of sulfur may cause eye or mucous membrane irritation in sensitive animals; a localized patch test is recommended. Allergic reactions due to hypersensitivity to any component are possible.

Can it be used on pregnant or lactating females?
There is no specific published data; it is advisable to consult a veterinarian before applying in these situations.

1. Shake the container before application to homogenize the formulation.

2. Keep the container at an approximate distance of 20 cm from the surface to be treated.

3. Spray for 1–2 seconds onto clean, dry skin, applying only to the affected or treatment area.

4. Leave on without rinsing; application may be repeated daily as clinical or management need.

5. When applying to animals with dense fur, distribute with a comb or gloved hand to ensure even coverage.

- The presence of sulfur may cause eye irritation and inflammation of mucous membranes in sensitive animals; perform a test on a small area before extensive use.

- Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes; in case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water and consider veterinary attention.

- Do not apply to open wounds, deep ulcerations or areas with suppuration without prior veterinary consultation.

- Keep out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, away from heat and flames.

- Do not ingest; in case of accidental ingestion, notify a veterinarian or a veterinary toxicology service.

- Not indicated for use in felines; avoid use in cats except under veterinary guidance.
