At Farmaten we reward your loyalty by offering you special discounts and unique opportunities. That's why, depending on your annual consumption, we offer you an exclusive discount, to make your experience even more rewarding.
Depending on your accumulated consumption over the last 12 months, whether in many or few orders, you will enter one of three levels. Each level automatically applies a base discount . In addition, if the purchase is made through the APP, then that discount is automatically increased by +1%.

HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE LOYALTY CLUB?

Joining the Club is as simple as buying on the website or in the app. There is no need to complete any paperwork, apply for cards or subscribe to anything. If you have spent more than €400 in the last 12 months, a discount will be automatically applied.
Level changes are also automatic: depending on your consumption level over the past 12 months, the system will change your level. You will receive some notifications telling you what level you are on and how much time is left until you upgrade your benefits, or when you are going down a level.

How can I join the FarmatenClub? +
All users and customers who purchase products on www.farmaten.com after January 1, 2024 automatically become part of the FarmatenClub and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
Can I level up or down? +
Of course, it depends on your level of consumption in the last 12 months. If you have already reached the Farma Gold level and have accumulated a consumption exceeding 800€ in the last 12 months, then you will automatically move up to the Farma Diamond level and on your next purchase you will benefit from a 3.5% discount, which will be 4.5% if you place the order from the APP.
How can I know what level I am on? +
You can check your level at any time by accessing My Account > FarmatenClub. You can also see an icon at the top of the website once you have logged in. In addition, we will occasionally send you notifications telling you what level you are currently at, whether you have dropped a level or how much consumption allows you to move up to the next level.
When do 12 months start counting? +
The 12-month period begins on the day the customer makes their first purchase and extends to 12 months thereafter.
What happens if I cancel, return or modify an order? +
No problem, your accumulated consumption over the last 12 months is automatically recalculated and sometimes this may mean that you drop a level, or that you move away from the goal of reaching the next level. In any case, you can see what level you have at any time by accessing My account > FarmatenClub.
Can I transfer my Club level to another user? +
We are sorry, but it is not possible to transfer the FarmatenClub membership or the benefits obtained by a user to other users.
Are the discounts cumulative? +
No, FarmatenClub discounts do not apply to other discounts or promotions unless specified on the website.
