Abelia GlycoZoo is an otic and dermatological solution formulated to provide comprehensive and non-aggressive ear and skin care for dogs, cats, and horses.

Its aqueous base and acid balance (pH 4.9–5.3) combine 2% boric acid and 2% glycolic acid to offer a cerumenolytic, lipolytic, exfoliating and drying action without resorting to antibiotics or corticosteroids, making it a safe option for prolonged treatments and periodic cleansing.

The aqueous formulation facilitates penetration and distribution in narrow or winding ear canals, softening and loosening earwax, reducing lipid buildup, and promoting a less favorable environment for microbial proliferation thanks to its acidic pH.

The sensation after application is generally comfortable, with very low incidence of stinging, and the solution is colorless and has a mild odor, so it does not stain the animal or household surfaces.

Ideal as a complement to the ear washing routine and skin care in animals with recurrent accumulation of earwax, excess sebum or skin with a tendency to moisture.

It can be used in initial or maintenance phases to control ceruminous accumulation and surface grease, promoting a drier and more ventilated ear canal.

Because it does not contain antibiotics or corticosteroids, it minimizes the risk of resistance and side effects associated with prolonged drug treatments; however, in the event of signs of infection, severe pain, bleeding, or suspicion of tympanic perforation, it is essential to consult a veterinarian before proceeding.

Powerful cerumenolytic and drying agent, low post-application irritation, easy administration even in sinuous canals, and a safe formula for prolonged use without corticosteroids or antibiotics.

Suitable for regular use as hygiene and maintenance for dogs, cats and horses, always under basic safety criteria and veterinary supervision where appropriate.

2. Shake the container gently if necessary. Apply until the ear canal is full (approx. 1–5 ml depending on breed and size; horses may require a larger volume).

3. Gently massage the base of the ear for a few seconds to promote distribution and the cerumenolytic and lipolytic effect.

4. Leave on for a few seconds and then remove the excess with a clean gauze or paper towel; do not insert swabs into the duct.

5. Initial use: 1–2 times a day until improvement is observed. Maintenance: 1–2 times per week.

6. If redness, severe pain, purulent discharge, bleeding or worsening is observed, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

- Do not use if the ear or skin is severely irritated, ulcerated, or bleeding.
