Soñodina Melatonin Bicapa is a food supplement with ingredients of natural origin, indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age who have difficulty falling asleep or have poor quality sleep.
Formulated with Melatonin, GABA, California Poppy Extract, Passionflower and Valerian, Vitamins B3 and B6, which contribute to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep, regulating and improving the quality of sleep.
No added sugars, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Instructions for use:
Take 1 tablet at night half an hour before going to bed, preferably always at the same time.

Take 1 tablet before bedtime on the first day of travel and several days after arrival.
They come in a container of 30 bilayer tablets, so that the active ingredients are released as needed throughout the night.
