How does the cranberry included in the formula work?
Cranberry extract provides proanthocyanidins and other flavonoids that are associated with reduced bacterial adhesion in the urinary tract epithelium and antioxidant effects.
When should it be taken?
One tablet per day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water. If there is gastrointestinal sensitivity, it can be taken with food.
What is the recommended duration of treatment?
Common initial regimen of 30 days; continuation or repetition should be assessed according to clinical response and professional opinion.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
There is insufficient data to recommend systematic use during pregnancy or breastfeeding; it is advised to consult a healthcare professional before starting.
Can it interact with medications?
Possible interactions have been described with oral anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) and simultaneous use with hypoglycemics or antihypertensives should be consulted with a doctor. Propolis may cause reactions in people allergic to bee products.
Does it have side effects?
Generally well tolerated; mild digestive discomfort, allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to propolis, and in rare cases alterations in anticoagulant control may occur. Persistent adverse effects should prompt seeking medical advice.
Is it suitable for children and adolescents?
It is not specifically formulated for pediatrics; use in minors should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.
Does it contain gluten or lactose?
The composition does not include declared dairy ingredients; however, absence of gluten is not expressly certified in the available information. In case of celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, it is advisable to consult the manufacturer or healthcare professional.
Can it be combined with other supplements such as multivitamins or magnesium?
Combination with multivitamins or magnesium supplements does not present general contraindications, except for interaction with specific medication. It is recommended to review total active ingredient intake with a healthcare professional to avoid duplications.

- Breakfast: dairy or plant-based drink (according to tolerances), whole grains, fruit rich in vitamin C (for example kiwi or orange) to support absorption and immune function. Take the tablet with a glass of water in the morning.
- Mid-morning: fresh fruit or yogurt (if tolerated) or a handful of nuts.
- Lunch: balanced plate with a source of lean protein, vegetables and complex carbohydrates; include fiber-rich vegetables to support microbiota.
- Snack: hibiscus and cranberry herbal infusion (recommended recipe) or fruit; avoid sugary drinks.
- Dinner: light, prioritizing quality proteins, steamed or roasted vegetables and a moderate portion of carbohydrates.
- Complementary habits: avoid prolonged urine retention, maintain proper hygiene, limit excessive consumption of sugars and very acidic drinks that may irritate the urinary tract.

In case of medical conditions or concomitant medication, diet and supplement use should be supervised by a healthcare professional.
