1. Cut approximately 50 cm of dental floss.
2. Wrap most of it around a middle finger and the rest around the middle finger of the opposite hand to collect the used floss.
3. Tension a section of 2-3 cm with thumbs and index fingers.
4. Gently insert the floss between the teeth with a sawing motion.
5. Upon reaching the gum edge, curve the floss in a C shape around the tooth and gently slide to remove plaque and debris.
6. Rub the floss against the tooth surface.
7. Repeat with a clean section for each interdental space.
