This Lavandula angustifolia essential oil comes from organic farming in France and is AB and CAAE certified.

Instructions for use:

Oral route: take 1–2 drops on honey, vegetable oil or neutral supports, 2 times a day, without exceeding 4 drops (175 mg) daily.

Topical use:

Muscle relaxation: dilute 20% in vegetable oil and massage the affected area.

Sleep: Put 2 drops on your pillow, pajamas or neck to promote rest.
