Instructions for use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle. Wash the bottle, nipple and nipple thoroughly, removing any milk residue.
• Boil water for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Refer to the feeding chart and pour the exact amount of warm water into the bottle. Use only the scoop provided in the bottle and fill it up to the inside edge of the bottle.
• Close the bottle. Shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
• Close the bottle tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the contents should be used within 3 weeks.
