The lined gel heel spur pad is indicated for heel pain, calcaneal spurs, tendonitis and also for rest and cushioning.
It is composed of polymer gel and tissue and medical grade mineral oils that soften and protect the skin and have a special, very soft and smooth density, which absorbs microtraumas and prevents damage and injuries.

Instructions for use:

Make sure you choose the right size, place the heel pads on the shoe in the right position, and always use them on both feet.
It is recommended to wash with water and neutral soap and sprinkle with talcum powder.
