Infusion that helps reduce fat and retained fluids, indicated for people who need to control their weight at the beginning of the diet due to its double effect.
Composition:
-Green tea: with a thermogenic effect, which uses fat as an energy source.
-Horsetail: diuretic effect, which helps eliminate water through urine. -Dandelion: diuretic effect, which helps eliminate water through urine. Also contains mint.

Instructions for use:

It is recommended to take 2 cups a day, preferably between meals.
In cup: use 1 sachet for every 200ml.
In a teapot: use 2 bags for each litre of water.
Always use freshly boiled water by first placing the tea bag in the teapot/cup and waiting 4-5 minutes before serving the infusion.
To drink it cold, prepare the infusion hot and add ice.
