Paleobull Oniros Sleep Formula is a supplement designed to improve sleep and achieve restful rest.
Contains melatonin, 5 plant extracts (Ashwagandha, linden, valerian, passionflower and lemon balm), glycine, magnesium and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep and also relieves the feeling of jet lag.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Plant extracts help to ensure a restful night's sleep and reduce stress or anxiety so that the onset of sleep is correct, helping to maintain sleep throughout the night. Recommended when you have difficulty falling asleep, you wake up tired and without energy because you do not rest well, you suffer from stress or you suffer when travelling due to time changes.
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, between half an hour and one hour before going to bed.
