Instructions for use:

It is advisable to start taking Seidibion Mater from the last weeks of pregnancy (from week 37 or 38) and continue taking Seidibion Mater throughout the breastfeeding period or as advised by your midwife, gynecologist or pharmacist.

Take one soft capsule (clear) together with one tablet a day with plenty of liquid, preferably before or during any of the main meals.
