What exactly is it and how does it work?

Aquilea Garganta is a medical device in tablet form to be dissolved, which acts locally by forming a moisturizing film (hyaluronic acid) and the combined action of plant extracts and propolis to reduce irritation and painful sensation in the oropharynx.

Is it a food supplement or a nutritional supplement?

No. This is a health product for local use, not a food supplement, multivitamin or nutritional supplement. It does not provide magnesium, vitamin C, collagen or micronutrients typical of balanced nutrition or the sunshine vitamin.

Who can use it?

Adults and children 3 years and older. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age or for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.

Does it contain gluten or lactose?

It contains no gluten or lactose; it is formulated to be compatible with gluten-free foods and with lactose-intolerant patients.

Is it vegan?

No. It contains propolis, a product of beekeeping origin.

How long can it be used?

This product is intended for use during the symptomatic period. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen, medical evaluation is recommended. It is advisable to continue use for at least 48 hours after the pain subsides to allow the mucosa to fully heal.
