Solgar Fitosterol Complex 100 capsules

Solgar Phytosterol Complex is a dietary supplement formulated with a blend of natural plant phytosterols, bioactive compounds that have been shown to contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels, especially LDL or "bad" cholesterol.

Each daily dose (2 capsules) provides: 800 mg of plant sterols (mainly beta-sitosterol, campesterol and stigmasterol), in an effective and standardized ratio.

A sugar-free, starch-free, and preservative-free formula, ideal as nutritional support within a balanced diet low in saturated fat.

Phytosterols act by reducing intestinal absorption of cholesterol, making them especially useful for people with high cholesterol or at cardiovascular risk.

Instructions for use:

Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a main meal. The daily intake of 3 g of plant sterols from various sources should not be exceeded.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 5 years of age.
