Santiveri Bread Dextrin Toasts with Flax 300 g 20 Units

When the Santiveri family created Dextrín bread they used their own yeast, olive oil, whole wheat flour, premium flax seeds and an exclusive double baking process.
In order not to lose any of the valuable nutritional properties of each part of the grain: germ, starch and bran.
Essential for making bread with an authentic flavour, with all its nutrients and high fibre content. A lower consumption of saturated fats helps you maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
Thanks to its dextrination process and the role of its mother, this type of bread is very crispy and resistant.

Ingredients:

Whole wheat flour 80%, whole wheat flour sourdough, flax seeds (9.1%), salt, extra virgin olive oil, barley malt extract, antioxidant (extract rich in tocopherols).
May contain traces of soy.
