NS Lactoben is a food supplement based on lactase, an enzyme necessary for the metabolization of lactose, especially indicated for people with problems digesting it.
Instructions for use:
Take one tablet with your first bite and repeat if you continue to consume dairy products within 30-45 minutes.
It is recommended to start with one tablet and increase the dose if necessary, depending on the amount of lactose consumed and the degree of tolerance.
Do not exceed 12 tablets per day.
