Instructions for use:

After oral hygiene, apply the gel two or three times a day with a soft brush or cotton swab, massaging it into the gums.
It should be used after meals and it is recommended not to eat or drink until at least half an hour after use.

The greatest effectiveness is achieved with nighttime applications.
Do not rinse.
