The bar soap combines solid surfactants and moisturizing agents to provide effective and skin-friendly cleansing.
The surfactant action promotes the emulsification of fats and dirt, facilitating the mechanical removal of microorganisms adhered to the skin surface (bacteria and some enveloped viruses, in a non-residual way).
The formula integrates water lily extract as an aromatic and potentially conditioning component, along with sweet almond oil and glycerin, which provide moisturizing properties and help maintain the skin barrier after washing.
Unlike disinfectant products or rinses that require specific biocidal activity, the effectiveness of the product against bacteria, viruses or fungi depends mainly on the mechanical action of rubbing and rinsing.
This is not a medical device or a disinfectant with residual protection; effective protection against microorganisms is immediate during washing and does not persist after rinsing (duration of protection: not applicable / no residual protection).
The formulation includes stabilizing and chelating agents (tetrasodium EDTA, tetrasodium etidronate) that improve the product's stability in hard water, as well as fatty alkalis such as palmitic acid and palm kernel acid for solid matrix formation. CI 77891 (titanium dioxide) provides color and opacity; eugenol and coumarin act as fragrance components, so caution is advised for those with skin sensitive to perfume allergens.
