Cup type A is perfect for women with a medium flow, who have not given birth or who have had a cesarean section.
Instructions for use:
Before using the menstrual cup for the first time and during each period, you should boil it in water to sterilize it for 5 to 8 minutes.
To insert the cup into your vaginal cavity, fold it in half and then push firmly in. To remove it, hook the cup between your fingers and gently slide it forward.
