The Intimina weighted exerciser set exercises your pelvic floor in the easiest and most effective way, helping you contract and lift your pelvic floor muscles properly.

Completely covered in medical-grade silicone, each sphere contains a small weighted ball inside, which moves so the surface vibrates with movement.

Doing Kegel exercises with them is very simple and the results are quickly seen and noticed.

As you progress, select a heavier weight or combine exercisers for a personalized personal workout, as you can work out with 6 different weight combinations.

Instructions for use:

Choose the exerciser or combination of weights you feel comfortable with, keeping the extraction cord away from your body, and insert the ball into your vagina, pushing gently but firmly. The exerciser should be approximately 2 cm from the entrance to your vagina.
