B vitamin complex including thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6, along with other B vitamins such as folic acid, biotin, and vitamin B12. It is fortified with vitamin C.
B vitamins are involved in obtaining energy through food, providing vitality and promoting intellectual performance.
They act by strengthening the immune system and the nervous system.

- Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) which contributes to normal intellectual performance.
- Thiamine (vitamin B1), biotin (vitamin B7), niacin (B3) and vitamin B6 support the nervous system and psychological functions. Thiamine also contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
- Riboflavin (B2) helps protect cells from oxidative stress and maintain vision.
