Farmalastic normal compression stockings are indicated to relieve or treat discomfort resulting from leg pathologies. Made of 140 denier yarn, with silicone lace to prevent rolling, and reinforced sole and toe.
Indicated
Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). Primary and secondary varicose veins.
Edema and varicose veins during pregnancy.
Edematous swellings of various causes, including post-traumatic and/or postoperative.
Thrombophlebitis and as an adjuvant in cases of phlebothrombosis.
Post-thrombotic syndrome. After venous surgery and as an adjuvant to sclerotherapy. Lymphedema and lipedema. Angiodysplasia.
Prophylaxis of thrombosis and venous ulceration in cases of intolerant to strong compression.
Contraindications
- Advanced peripheral arterial obstructive disease.
- Decompensated heart failure.
- Septic phlebitis. Phlegmasia cerulea dolens.
- Allergy to the materials of the garment.
- Advanced peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes mellitus.
The Medium Size corresponds to:
Ankle:22-23 cm
Calf: 31-33 cm
Thigh:42-44cm
If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Instructions for use:
- It is recommended to put the stocking on in the morning when we get up.
- To put on the stocking we must turn it over and place it inside out.
- Insert your foot and slowly move up the calf, avoiding folds and ensuring that the heel is properly positioned.
The manufacturer recommends moistening the lace to ensure greater hold.
Maintenance:
Hand wash with water and neutral soap at a temperature below 30ºC.
Do not expose directly to the sun. Do not iron.
The use of creams or oils can cause deterioration, making them less elastic and weaker.
