4. For nasal hygiene: tilt the head back, gently insert the tip into the nostril, and press to release the solution. Repeat in the other nostril.
5. For ocular hygiene: tilt the head back, open the eye, and bring the tip close without touching the ocular surface. Gently press to apply the solution. Repeat if necessary.
6. Dispose of the single dose immediately after use.
