What types of burns can this product be used for?

It is used for superficial first and second-degree burns, as well as thermal, chemical, or physical wounds that do not show signs of infection or large ampoules.

Is it suitable for infected or deep wounds?

It is not recommended for burns with large ampoules, bleeding wounds, or infections. In such cases, it is essential to consult a doctor before use.

Can it be used on sensitive or children's skin?

Thanks to its gentle composition and absence of harsh preservatives, it can be used on sensitive skin under supervision, although it should be avoided in babies under 2 years old without medical indication.

How often should it be applied?

It can be applied several times a day as needed, always after cleaning and drying the affected area, until the skin returns to normal.

Does it offer protection against bacteria and other microorganisms?

Yes, its formulation helps reduce superficial bacterial colonies that can complicate healing, but it does not replace proper disinfection or specific antiseptic products.

What should be done if contact with the eyes occurs?

1. Cool the burn or affected area with potable water at a cool temperature (approximately 15 cm from the tap) for 15 minutes to reduce thermal damage.
2. Dry the skin with gentle pats, avoiding friction that could damage the injured area.
3. Apply a generous layer of the emulsion over the burn or superficial wound, ensuring full coverage.
4. Allow it to absorb completely without covering with occlusive bandages unless directed by a professional.
5. Repeat the application several times a day, as needed for relief and until the skin returns to normal condition.
6. In case of deep burns, large ampoules, or infected lesions, seek medical attention before applying the product.

• Do not apply on open bleeding wounds or large ampoules to avoid complications.
• Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use in patients with known allergy to any of its components.
• Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
