Instructions for use:

Open the sachet just before applying the patch, remove the protective film taking care not to touch the adhesive dots, place the patch directly on the painful area and press the adhesive dots.
The patch will reach its optimum temperature (40º) 30 minutes after being applied and will remain that way for the remaining time until the 8 hours have passed.
