Directions for use:

It is recommended to cut the kinesiology bandage to the desired length and place the bandage extended over the skin, taking care not to limit joint movement, and it can be used for several consecutive days.
To remove it, it is recommended to carefully take off the bandage in the direction of hair growth.
An oil can be applied to facilitate its removal.
It is not recommended to use hot water to remove it as the adhesive is activated by heat.
