Mepiform is a self-adhesive silicone dressing that helps reduce scars, specifically hypertrophic scars and keloids, both new and old.
In addition, it can be used as a preventative measure on closed wounds to avoid their reappearance.

Instructions for use:

Cut the dressing to the appropriate size to cover the scar and the area around it (at least 1 cm on each side).
The area where the dressing is placed must be completely dry. It should be worn for 24 hours a day, only being removed to wash the area.

In general, the Mepiform dressing should be changed every 7 days.
