Can they be used with contact lenses?

The wipes are compatible with contact lens wearers as long as cleaning is done with the eye closed and a separate wipe is used for each eye; it is not recommended to put the wipe in direct contact with the lens.

Does the product eliminate viruses, bacteria, or fungi?

It should not be presented as a disinfectant. Its use helps to remove debris and reduce the usual surface microbial load (bacteria and yeasts/fungi) on the eyelid margin, but it does not guarantee complete elimination or antiviral protection.

Does it provide protection for hours after use?

No. Its action is immediate: cleansing and hydration. It does not offer long-lasting residual protection against microbial recolonization.

Can it be used on babies and children?

For infants and young children, prior consultation with a pediatrician or ophthalmologist is recommended. In adults and older children, its use is indicated when recommended by a professional.

Is each wipe sterile and for single use only?

Yes. Each unit comes in an individual, sterile sachet; single use per sachet is recommended to avoid contamination.

They are tested under dermatological and ophthalmological control, which guarantees their tolerance on sensitive skin. They do not constitute a CE-marked product or a medical device certification per se, apart from the tolerance tests indicated.

What to do in case of an adverse reaction?

-With clean hands, open the sachet and remove the sterile wipe. Unfold the wipe and, with your eye closed, gently wipe the edge of your eyelid and eyelashes, following the direction of the hairs to remove any residue.
