The sunscreen stick offers very high efficacy sun protection (SPF 50) against UVB and UVA radiation through a combination of broad-spectrum photostable filters. The solid bar formulation incorporates waxes and esters that provide an ultra-slippery and 100% invisible texture once applied, facilitating coverage of specific areas without the need to spread the product with the hands. The presence of Avène Thermal Water provides soothing properties and helps minimize the risk of irritation on sensitive or weakened skin. The selection of filters such as diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, diethylhexyl butamido triazone, and bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine ensures photostable protection against a broad UV spectrum, resistant to water, sweat, and sand—features useful for outdoor activities, beach, or pool.
The stick format allows localized and precise application on areas of greater exposure or vulnerability: nose, cheekbones, ears, upper lip, eye contour (outer), neck, and décolleté, as well as on small body areas. Its invisible and non-greasy finish makes it compatible with facial care routines: it can be used after the usual facial moisturising cream as the final protective step before makeup. It is also suitable for spot touch-ups over makeup (including natural makeup), provided the surface is not excessively powdery or greasy to avoid altering the applied makeup.
Indicated for sensitive and weakened skin, suitable for use in adults and children. It does not constitute an anti-wrinkle or anti-spot treatment by itself, and sun protection acts as a preventive measure against photoaging and the formation of radiation-induced spots. Directions for use:
