MAM Move is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. If required, it can also be used with a regular bra.

Align your nipple

• Once you have found the right cup size for you, place the cup (with or without the optional adapter) firmly on your chest.
• Make sure that no air enters from the side. Otherwise, suction will not occur. There should be no gaps between the breast pump and your breast.
• Place the breast pump in your nursing bra.

Finding the right compression

• • Every bra has a different level of support, so make sure you have the right compression before each session. Getting the compression right could impact your milk volume.
• • If you wear a particularly structured and inflexible bra, you can use the included bra adjuster (12) to create more room: Attach the buckle on each end to the nursing bra. Then adjust the length of the bra adjuster so that the breast pump fits securely and comfortably in your bra.

Maintenance and sterilization:

• Disassemble the breast pump
• Wash all washable components by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sterilize clean breast pump parts in boiling water, in an electric or microwave steam sterilizer, or in cold sterilizing liquid.
• To clean the control base, unplug the appliance, turn it off and wipe it with a clean, damp cloth. The control base should not be submerged in water.
• Allow all parts to cool completely and dry before next use.

Sizes for which it is indicated:

MAM Move offers four different cup sizes: A silicone cup (∅ 24 mm) with three smaller cup adapters (∅ 21 mm, ∅ 17 mm, ∅ 15 mm). If the standard cup (∅ 24 mm) is too big for you, place the adapter that fits you best in the middle of the cup. To find the right size for you, measure the circumference of your nipple at the end of a breastfeeding or pumping session. For a comfortable fit, choose a cup that is slightly larger than your nipple diameter. The size of each cup is stamped on the side.

Tips for getting the best fit:

• Cup fit varies uniquely with each nipple, so experiment with different sizes while pumping to get comfortable.
• The best size will fit snugly around the nipple (not the areola) without the nipple touching the sides (cup too small) or the areola being sucked into the tip of the cup (cup too large).
• If you have elastic (stretchy) nipples, a tight-fitting cup may be more comfortable for you.
• If you have flat or inverted nipples, a looser size may be more comfortable.
• If you have experienced swelling or discomfort from wearing the wrong size, allow your nipples to settle before accurately assessing the correct size.

Quantity of milk per container and estimated collection time:

The MAM Move milk container collects up to 150ml / 5 oz per pump. Expression time depends on your individual milk flow.

Tips:

• When the battery is low during the working process, the indicator light on the left side will shine. Please charge the battery immediately if low battery is indicated.
• To maximize the life of the device, charging time should not exceed 6 hours.
• The remaining battery charge can be checked by simultaneously pressing the + and - buttons for two seconds and counting how many indicators light up (the breast pump must be switched off). Each indicator represents approximately 20% of the remaining power.
