3. Open a single-dose sachet and pour its contents into the bottle. Shake gently until the powder is completely dissolved and a clear solution is obtained.
4. Lean your head forward over a sink. Place the mouthpiece in one nostril, keeping your mouth open to breathe through your mouth.
5. Gently and carefully squeeze the bottle so that the solution flows through the nasal cavity and out through the other nostril or the same one, depending on the flow.
6. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril.
7. Empty any remaining solution and rinse the bottle and nozzle with safe water; allow to air dry. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning protocol and store dry until next use.
