What happens if I'm not home and the delivery can't be made?

The courier will usually attempt delivery. If no one is available to receive it, they may leave it at a nearby collection point or post office.

If the order is returned to Farmaten because it wasn't collected within the stipulated time, you will be responsible for the costs of resending it to you. These costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination (we will inform you of them before resending). If you choose a refund, please note that there are some limitations.
