Compeed heel protector can be used as a preventative measure when we know that the footwear or the activity we are going to do can cause chafing or blisters. It can also be used to protect and regenerate the blister area, as it insulates it from damage, prevents infections and accelerates healing.

Instructions for use:

1. Clean and dry the skin before use, making sure the blister area is free of any traces of creams or oils.
2. Peel off the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
3. Apply the dressing firmly over the blister, making sure the edges are smooth.
4. Keep it in place until it starts to come off (Note: it may stay stuck in place for up to several days).
5. To remove the dressing: do not pull upwards. You need to slowly stretch it along the skin.
