Is it rechargeable and reusable?
Yes. The device is designed for repeated use and is recharged via its cable/charging point according to the manufacturer's specifications. It must be used only on very low voltage circuits (SELV).

Is it waterproof?
Yes. The design is fully submersible, allowing use in the shower or bathtub. The resistance allows cleaning with water, but it is necessary to follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding sealing and charging.

Which lubricants are compatible?
Water-based lubricants are recommended. Silicone-based lubricants can alter the silicone surface of the massager and leave it permanently sticky.

How is it cleaned and which microorganisms does the cleaning eliminate?
Cleaning with warm water and antibacterial soap reduces the superficial microbial load, mainly bacteria and fungi, and removes organic residues. It does not provide sterility nor guarantee virus elimination; it should not be interpreted as prolonged protection against infectious agents.

Can it be used with partners or multiple contacts?
It is reusable, but for shared use meticulous cleaning between uses or the use of specific hygienic barriers for intimate toys is recommended. It is not a medical device.

1) Preparation: Before first use, proceed with unlocking via the LELO™ app according to the manual. Select a compatible lubricant (water-based) and apply it to the device surface and contact area to improve glide and comfort.
2) Power on and selection: Turn on the massager using the button combination indicated by the manufacturer (e.g., "+" or "M"). Navigate through basic modes with the "M" button and adjust intensity with the "+" and "-" buttons. The LELO™ app adds modes and allows saving personalized profiles.
3) Use: Place the device on the desired area and adjust the pattern and intensity until the desired stimulation is achieved. To turn off, press and hold the "M" button for the time indicated by the manufacturer or use the alternative combination provided in the manual.
4) Cleaning and drying: Thoroughly clean with warm water and antibacterial soap before and after each use. Dry with a clean cloth and store in a dust-free place away from direct sunlight.
5) Charging: Follow the manual instructions for charging; use only the connections and cables supplied or specified by the manufacturer and charge on SELV circuits.
