Farmalastic normal compression stockings are indicated to relieve or treat discomfort resulting from leg pathologies. In this case, they come in the form of knee-high socks. For periods of greater heat when it is more difficult to keep tights or long stockings on.

Indicated

Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI). Primary and secondary varicose veins. Edema and varicose vein changes during pregnancy.

Contraindications

• Advanced peripheral arterial obstructive disease.
• Decompensated heart failure.
• Septic phlebitis.
• Phlegmasia cerulea dolens.
• Allergy to the materials of the garment.
• Advanced peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes mellitus.

1. It is recommended to put the sock on in the morning when we get up.
2. To put on the sock we must turn the sock over and place it inside out.
3. Insert your foot and slowly move up the calf, avoiding folds and ensuring that the heel is properly positioned.
