1. Place the pad on the desired area of the body.
2. Adjust the Velcro belt for a comfortable and secure fit.
3. Connect the power cable to an electrical outlet.
4. Select the desired temperature level using the electronic control.
5. Enjoy the therapeutic heating for the recommended time, not exceeding 90 minutes.
6. Turn off and unplug the pad after use.
7. Remove the cable to wash the cover if necessary, following the care instructions.
8. Store in a dry and protected place until the next application.
